This article explains how to use our latest update — Business Manager.
What is it?
This update allows you to invite “assistants” who will launch and manage your ad campaigns for you. You can invite not only registered users but also external ones. This feature will help you operate as a team or invite outside experts for your advertising campaign.
Guide
1. Go to “Profile Settings.”
2. Go to “Business Manager.”
3. Click “Add a new account.”
4. Type in the name and the email of your assistants.
5. Done!
How to accept an invitation
Step 1
Unregistered users will need to confirm their email. After confirming the email, they need to register and set a password.
Step 2
After registering, users can access their accounts by logging in and navigating to the “Business Manager” section. There, they can confirm the invitation by clicking the “Accept” button, which will connect their account to the agent account.
Note: If the user is already registered with us, they cannot be invited to an agent account. They will have to register again with a new email address to be invited.
The confirmed accounts will be displayed in the “Business Manager” section.
What can you do
By clicking on the “Actions” button, you can:
1. Top up the child account balance from the main account balance;
2. Debit from the balance of the child account to the balance of the main account;
3. Thus, the child account would be able to:
Issue an invoice for payment.
An invoice for payment can be issued by a child account only if the main account has replenished the balance at least once by bank transfer; otherwise, the child account will not be able to issue an invoice.
In the same section, the child account will be able to download invoices and acts generated. The issued invoice will also be displayed in the section “My invoices and acts” of the main account.
Who is suitable for this section
First of all, this functionality will be helpful to agencies that launch advertising projects for different companies. The Agency can add representatives of companies as observers.
Secondly, with the help of agency access, any user can attract new specialists for their advertising campaign. At the same time, users invited in this way have limited functionality.
The assistant cannot perform any actions with the balance (withdrawal/ replenishment). He can only spend funds credited from the main account. This will increase the security of interaction with third-party specialists.
When the accounts are removed from the Business Manager listing, the assistants become equal in their rights to the common users.
Multi-account and Business Manager cannot work at the same time.
You cannot log in to 2 accounts, where the second one is the assistant account. This will end in signing out from all accounts.
One of the recent updates of Telega.io is a multi-account option. You can now add and switch between the unlimited number of accounts in the menu.
